I always practice the 3 R's:
1) Relax -Take a deep breathe and let it out slowly. This will calm the nerves for a minute, allowing you to relax.
2) Relate- Think about what your about to have a fit over. Most of the time we have fits over the silliest things. Unless its going to harm your life, Why let it affect you?
3) Release- Inhale, exhale then do the same with the issue your encountering, let it go, its not that serious. Release the power it has over you by taking control of your own emotions.

I find this to work in everything with and added edge. In my releasing, I give it to God. He can handle what you can't :)

Dear Geetha, do you have epilepsy? If so. it is a treatable condition. Take your prescribed anticonvulsant regularly. When you are fit- free for 2 to 3 years, the drug can be tapered and stopped. Keep your morale high. You can lead a perfectly normal life.

I had suffered by fits in my early age of 8-10yrs. But it has stopped by medicine treatment.
I am now normal and living happily.
My Dr. said that I was suffered fits due to WORMS in my stomach.
So my suggestion to U that, simultaneously treat on stomach also. Dont eat junk food and keep ur stomach clean and worm free.
