Appreciate all of your feedback. The situation is that I have been trying to tell my boss that this sentence doesn't work and that it should not be used in a letter he wants to send to clients. However, he didn't believe me for some reason... not sure why he hired me if he can't believe or trust me. Maybe he will believe you all.

It's easier to ask what isn't wrong with it. "Then" should be "than". "Pursuant" to what? Sorry, but it's all wrong.
