yes, try to eat foods rich in iron.. and if you're not having problems with your bone marrow, your hemoglobin can raise in natural way..

First, are you sure that its your hemoglobin (hgb) that was tested? As a EMT/Lab tech, that is very unlikely to be your hgb level. Let's look at the facts....If a doctor orders a h&h, which is a hemoglobin and hematocrit, they are wanting to compare the two. A rule of thumb is that the hematocrit should be 3 times the hemoglobin. If your hematocrit (iron) is 36%, your hgb should be 12. That's why I find it odd that your hemoglobin is in the hundreds...Ask exactly what was tested!!!

yep, but you mean 11.7 to 13.5, no such thing as a hemoblobin that high
