Do you think I'm fat?
I am 5ft8 and I weigh 155lbs. I used to weigh 185 before I found out that I have Thyroid disease. Now that my thyroid is under control I now have energy and I have been working out hard everyday and have lost 30 lbs so far. I am now doing advanced Taebo everyday and I love it. I want to lose about 20-25 more lbs. But does anyone think I'm fat now?

I don't eat more than 1500 calories a day. And I don't really count calories I just did a daily diary of everything that I was eating and some days I hardley even reach 1000 calories. And I don't drink anything BUT water.

No, you're not fat...keep up the Taebo technique and build up your muscle tone which does weigh more than fat..Weight is just #, ...t's how you feel, function and by the way, take care of your thyroid, it will maintain your weight flunctuation for you.GoodLuck!
