Hmm...the thing about men is they never mulitask! Here's what you should do...Have dinner, champane, and candle light by the water with hot coco as your desert. Around 11:30 get some small fire works like sparklers that you can hold in your hand and wave around. She should love it...just don't use the fireworks by the dinner! Then kiss her like you want to at the stroke of midnight. Combine. However, if you can't have dinner by the water try to do it earlier so you can have a hot coco desert by the water and your trusty hand held sparklers fire works. Hopefully she'll love it and you both can make this a cute tradition for many years to come! GL

I would say a combo of all 3! Is it cold where you are...??
If not, do a candle-lite picnic near the water (if chilly....rent a nice pick-up truck -if u don't have one *hold on, it gets better, lol *and put a little folding table in the back w/folding chairs-note:bring nice table cloth! ...then you can also have music and lights) get wine, her fav. food, chocolate and a flowers. Make sure to bring blankets too. Then, at midnight, give her the flowers and kiss her. Finding a place w/fireworks would be hot!!

I say.....1. Cooking dinner, getting wine & champagne, and having a candle light dinner. I have to agree with the others on the kiss also.

What a coinsidence! My fiance asked me to marry him on new years! Well lets put it this way....new years isnt supposed to be romantic like and anniversarry, new years is supposed to be fun! Show her what a good time you can pull off. Go to the beach and run around drinking hot chocolate and just buy some simple sparklers and write your names in the night sky then count down the seconds together and give her a great kiss. Just have fun for the most part.

i would say #2 but you have no idea what it will be like out side and you certainly don't want to sit and hope that there are fire works. if you new for sure that there would be then i would stick with #2. but beings you don't know go with #1.and you can still come up with the best kiss you can muster!

The last one's good. She'll think you didn't feel like doing anything for her. But, right sfter the kiss, give her something that means alot to you. And explain why it does. And maybe a couple of words she hasn't heard before. Only if your ready :)
the first one is good, but she'll be expecting it if your that kinda guy. the second one's good to, but bring a blanket. It'll give her a reason to get close to you.
