No,.. every person is different but likely your body hair and head hair are at different rates. Your constantly getting injuries (shaved) on your legs so it might be growing faster to protect you.

[Just so you know some people do not grow visable body hair,.. just eye brows, eye lashes, and hair on their head. These people do not have to shave if they are female and whine if they are male.]

On average the hair on your head grows 1/4 to an 1/2 an inch a month. I would say the hair on you legs grow slower. But I never waited a month or two to shave!!

It may grow thicker, and even a bit faster- but, the hair on your legs usually does not grow much faster than that of your head. I could be wrong, but, I think I heard that somewhere.

When you cut either kind, it encourages it to grow faster, but most of the time it seems like the leg hair grows faster. Not as long, though.

I've yet to have my leg hair cut.

No, the hair on your legs grows much faster, cuz you gotta shave it every other day, especially in warmer weather.
