I am 5ft8 and I weigh 155lbs. I used to weigh 185 before I found out that I have Thyroid disease. Now that my thyroid is under control I now have energy and I have been working out hard everyday and have lost 30 lbs so far. I am now doing advanced Taebo everyday and I love it. I want to lose about 20-25 more lbs. But does anyone think I'm fat now?

I don't eat more than 1500 calories a day. And I don't really count calories I just did a daily diary of everything that I was eating and some days I hardley even reach 1000 calories. And I don't drink anything BUT water.

You do not sound fat to me, it sounds like you are right on. Sounds like you need to eat a bit more though. You are doing great, keep it up

No, that is really good weight now. Your BMI is 23.6, which is within the healthy weight range for your height. It also proves that sometimes weight gain can be due to genetic reasons, such as an underactive thyroid. Well done and keep up the good work, just don't go overboard and make sure you always eat at least 1,200 to 1,500 calories per day. HTH : )

I'm 5'8, and I weigh 130. I know that I have been called skinny before, but even when I got to the most I've ever weighed which was 140 I don't think I was "fat". Let me be totally honest and everyone can be angry at me. I think that you are alittle overweight, but it does depend on how you carry the weight. I think you'd be better down in the 140s or even 130s to be totally candid. I think working out is great and will help tone and shape you. But, you also need to watch your diet and that will really help you shed whatever weight you'd like to. Good luck!

How should every girl be treated
As if without her you're not completed
And when her world is rocked with emotion
She should feel our unswaying devotion
And when she wants more and more
Still we'll hold that open door
And when her world is coming apart
She will know she still has our heart

I hope this get's the attention of the right girl so she will contact me too.

I don't think your fat at all. I think losing 15 more pounds should be enough. You're near the ideal weight for your height.

uh, no! you just perfect, Mariah carey is the same weight as you and she's nowhere near 5'8, congratulations on the weight loss, but you really don't need to loose anymore, if your still unsure you can check your height and weight on an online weight chart and see where you come up.

Yes, you are fat. At 5'11, I'm in my best running shape at 155 lbs. I've put on some muscle and gotten a little heavier.

Hard to tell if you're fat when we have no idea what you look like. Probably not FAT, but not thin by any means either.
