The Christian Right Movement, the Catholics and the Muslims would all support the death penalty. But a true Christian would not support the death penalty, because vengeance belongs to God.

Both and probably in equal percentages.
Some people think some people should be put to death in extreme situations.
Others seem satisifed paying to keep that person alive for 60 years.

im not sure but i rather give them a chance on the table instead of a chance in prison... i mean if they have life in prison all they have is time and nothing more.. they could plan escapes.. and ur saying that if someone kills over 20 people just for the pleasure of it.. u dont want to see them die? oh well its ur tax dollars if u want to keep him in prison... those little cells cost probably as much as some of ur houses

I won't answer your question but I don't understand why theists who believe in hell/heaven/karma support any kind of punishment at all. Surely, God can handle it after death?
