it seems for me , I have trouble as like your
and this thoughts coming because you love your bf real love and you still thinking about him for along time
I want help you to lose this negative thoughts
firstly you must do some things and make your self busy .
secondly you must trust in your bf and he must give you the love and he will try to explain his honest and faithful for you
really i have thoughts as like your negative thoughts and this thoughts will make me lose my gf
so i'm doing hard to lose my negative thoughts cus I love my gf and i never want to lose her

It's normal to have these thoughts in your head. He crossed a line he shouldn't have. I guess now it's to figure out if he's really trying hard to make you feel appreciated and if he loves you he will tell you where he's been at all times.
This will take a long time to get over but it's your decision now, do you want to keep having negative thoughts for a long time or just move on?
