He sounds like the type that doesn't want anything to do with you until he can't have you because you are already taken. I'd say just let him be. If it was meant to be, then it will work out in the long run.

You should not act upon anything while you are in a relationship!
You can let him know that you are interested in him, to see if he reciprocates the feelings, BUT ALSO let him know that you are seeing someone right now...then, have the common decency to let your current boyfriend hear FROM you (before he hears it else where!) that you don't share HIS feelings except as a friend!!! This is the right way to handle things. Just think about your current boyfriend's feelings...and how YOU would feel IF your current boyfriend started flirting with another girl behind your back...and you "heard it through the grape vine..." before you heard it from HIM that he liked someone else better...it would embarrass you, hurt you...and just in general make you feel like "crap"!! Your current BF may be hurt, but he will appreciate your honesty and he will be able to find someone else that he is more compatible with!
You are young, and you will have MANY relationships before you find "Mr. Right" and that's okay!!! ...That's exactly how it is supposed to be!!! Just always remember the golden rule: Treat others the way YOU WANT to be treated!
Good luck with your NEW friend!!!!

i think that your boyfriend now isnt giving you what you need as a boyfriend so when you see this other guy you let you emotion take controll and feelings start acting crazy so either you have a sit down talk with your boyfriend and tell him you missing something and see if he will try to work on the issue or no matter what the new guy knews you should leave the boy friend and then start talking to the new guy how would you feel if the guy you was dating started tell someone else he liked them while he was with you it would hurt your feelings so to be on the safe side id wait till i was single good luck

Well....from my past problems I will give you the best answer. You need to stop and think about which one you like more. And which relationship you see lasiting longer. Follow your heart but try to be kind and not brake the hearts of others. If you like this other guy more than the guy your with now. Then you need to tell the one your with now that you just don't feel the same anymore. And try to work things out.

Tell him you're taken, or tell current bf you want to break up then tell him you like him. Some of the biggest messes can be avoided if people would just communicate.
