-what happens if i dont pay it ..cause i already llost my license for a year ..and how long do they suspend the license for ..also how long do they wait till they serve a warrent

Since you don't seem to be on the F.B.I.'s most wanted list, I doubt P.D. will bother to come look for you to serve your warrant.
However, when you are least prepared, The warrant will be served.
Maybe the morning your speeding to a new job...The police pull you over, run a warrant check and 10 seconds later your in cuffs setting in the back seat of the cruiser. Now your car is being towed away too. You'll have to post bail and return to court.
It will only become more costly.
Pay your fine, Slow Down, and for the safety of everyone else, DON'T DRINK and DRIVE!

Each State has vary in Law. If you don;t pay a speeding ticket in most cases it goes unpaid until you pay it. If you get in trouble like you did and go to jail now they got you. Both fines must be paid now and you still lose your license and must go to school to get them back and wait out your time limit oin the suspension.\
Be for real here, pay your fines and be done with it. Your asking for more trouble if you don;t./

It`s a guaranted fact that there is a warrant out for your arrest right now. They will arrest you sooner or later when you least expect it. Youre better off turning yourself in now.
