No of course Hebrew is a different language from English etc.And translating from Hebrew to Greek and then to English, everything changes a little.Such as in the King James Bile which was tanlated from the Septuagent version(H. to G. to Latin and then to English)The name Isaiah becomes Esaias,Joshua in the book of Hebrews becomes Jesus, and Jerimiah becomes Jeremy. It doesn't change the meaning ,just the pronunciation.

In Hebrew the name "Jesus" (or "Isa") is transliterated "Yeshua".

The Jewish people, for the most part, do not accept Jesus of Nazareth as a prophet, and definately NOT as the Messiah. Those who DO, are called Messianic Jews.

No. Jews are still waiting on the prophet to come for the first time, to my understanding.

Are you talking about the Messiah?

Because there's no such thing as THE prophet. There have been dozens of prophets, according to all three religions that you mentioned.

So......what the hell are you talking about?
