Females usually stop growing earlier than boys. Females reach their growth maturity (stop growing) around the ages of 18-20. Males on the other hand tend to stop growing in their early 20's (20-24). However, some people mature quicker than others, and some are 'late bloomers'. In general when puberty stops, we stop growing.
The average height of females depends on a number of things (diet, genetics, etc). For example, Caucasian women average a taller height than Asian women. The average height for an American female according to stats is 5ft 4 in. For the average U.S. male it is 5ft. 9in.
So to answer your question, yes you are still growing for at least another year (on average), and the guys will be growing for another couple years after you stop. You may grow another inch or two before you stop for a while. It is still possible to grow when you're older, but the height you're at now will generally be the height you will be for life. So love it!

Most boys stop growing around the age of 18. However there are exceptions. Some guys continue to grow into their early twenties. I had a friend who was about my size in high school. I stopped growing around 18 at 5'8" and he continued to grow until he was around 21. Now he's 6'4".
