Winds usually mean Hchange. In this case major change is coming or changes happening to the siotuation you dreamt about. Did you dream with people? They couldbe exoperiencing the changes. Water is also used to clean, out with the old and in with the new! SO again Change and Newness stands out to me.

Are you looking for the person to tell you that you are having prophetic dreams about the end times? Maybe you, are maybe your imagination is just crazy. I had a dream that I was marrying Yule from Survivor...how is that one explained? Everyone's imagination can configure some interesting plots..

It all depends on how you view those disasters. If you have heard news, and watched movies about it, they just merely are a play back of your daily experience.
however, those disasters symboilze changes, difficulties. Perhaps in your life you have experience aspect in your life and that's why you vent it out in dreams
