You can't diagnose anything on the internet. Come on! For your dog's sake, call your vet and make an appointment.
What if you're wrong? Many illnesses have similar symptoms. Be realistic here...no one can really know until the dog has had a complete physical examination as well as bloodwork, x-rays, whatever is needed, by a DVM.

I couldn't find a site. Probably because animals mask their symptoms of illness until they are very ill. It's instinctual. And there are the same symptoms for lots of different diseases in the animal world.
The best thing as all of the above have said, would be to contact your vet with the symptoms your dog has. He is the professional and would know or be able to find out the problem

you could post the symptoms here but lets face it.. the best (and ONLY accurate) diagnosis would be from a vet...
you cannot do a blood test over the internet...

What's wrong with contacting a vet?? Cost?? Then you shouldn't have a pet!!
