By definition, an amputation is the removal of an extremity. An ear does count as amputation.

Seth was the third child (male or female), and Cain married before Seth was born.

I never said that Adam and Eve were white, but they must have been of one race only; regardless of their color, how did the other races happened.

1) How can you have free will if God already knows what you will do?

He can only know that you are going to do if you, by your free will, choose to do that which he knows you are going to do. If you were to choose an alternate course, that is what he would know.

2) If you are good you go to heaven when you die. Why are most believers afraid of death or why do they suffer when someone good dies?

Because death is not natural, and we will miss those who die the same as if they were going away on a long trip. Just before Jesus raised up his dead friend Lazarus, he wept. (John 11:35) In any case we will see our dead loved ones again, right here on earth. Matthew 5:5; Revelation 21:3, 4.

3) If Seth was the third child of Adam and Eve, and Cain married bbefore Seth was born; then who did Cain marry?

The Bible does not state the time differences and chronolgy as to the events related here after the birth of Seth as compared to the time when Cain got married. It does state that Adam lived to be 930 years old and after fathering Seth, "he became father to sons and daughters." - Genesis 5:3-5. Apparently, the record was completed regarding the remainder of the events of Cain's life, then the account goes back and picks up with the remainder of Adam's life. The events are not chronologically recorded.

4) If Adam and Eve were the first people on earth, then how did we get all the other races?

They were created with the DNA capable of producing the various ethnic groups, and this became pronounced after the various language groups became segregated after the languages were changed following the events at the Tower of Babel.

5) Why has God or Jesus never healed an amputee?

I do knot know whether they did or not, but if so it was not recorded. Perhaps such an event never came up, but in any case if they can restore the dead to life, that will be no problem.
See Isaiah 33:24; 35:5-7.

ADDED: Please prove from Scripture that Cain married before Seth was born. Thank you.

1) How can you have free will if God already knows what you will do?

Does a parent know that their children will make bad decisions? Yes, they usually do. But they allow them to anyway. This doesn't mean that the children don't have free will; they DO have free will.
It's the same with us.

2) If you are good you go to heaven when you die. Why are most believers afraid of death or why do they suffer when someone good dies?

I'm not afraid of death, but I am afraid of the pain that might come with it, however fleeting it might be. And of COURSE Christians still suffer when loved ones die. They're still gone for now, and we still won't see them until we die. It's hard, even if we know that their dying may have been the best thing for them.

3) If Seth was the third child of Adam and Eve, and Cain married bbefore Seth was born; then who did Cain marry?

The Bible rarely, if ever, follows the female line. Cain probably married one of his sisters. The Bible stops following the line of Cain after he married and had his first couple children.
And do you KNOW how many times this question has been asked?

4) If Adam and Eve were the first people on earth, then how did we get all the other races?

Probably evolution played a part.
Also, it's entirely possible that Adam and Eve carried the genetic code for EVERY distinctive trait. Consider the fact that two brown-eyed parents can give birth to a blue-eyed child.
Could it have not been the same with Adam and Eve?

5) Why has God or Jesus never healed an amputee?

Hmm. I don't know. But I do know people who were SUPPOSED to have had a limb amputated who wound up not having to, because they were healed.
How can I know why God/Jesus didn't heal a particular person? I can't see all the reasoning for it. My sight is not such that I can see the past, present and future of every person that has lived, is living, and will live.
I can see many things in my own life, and why they happened. But I can't see things in other peoples' lives most of the time.

1) How can you have free will if God already knows what you will do? Free Will means we can change our minds. God might know what we are going to do, but he does not in any way, direct our actions. We have the free will to do as we please, to worship him or not.

2) If you are good you go to heaven when you die. Why are most believers afraid of death or why do they suffer when someone good dies? Fear of Death is normal. You are giving up all that you know (or saying good bye to someone you love). Grief and fear are normal, human responces to a change in environment from what we know to what we can only dream of.

3) If Seth was the third child of Adam and Eve, and Cain married bbefore Seth was born; then who did Cain marry? I believe there is something in the bible about other people and Cain finding a wife among another group.

4) If Adam and Eve were the first people on earth, then how did we get all the other races? First people, but not the only people. I'm sure God (once he saw that there would be no more Garden of Eden) made more people to help populate the world.

5) Why has God or Jesus never healed an amputee? Probably harder to grow back bone, muscle and tissue then it was to raise the dead.

1) We do not have the ability to choose God, given our sinful state. This makes us all condemned before the Lord, excepting alone for His grace in the Son who redeems us. Free will then, doesn't matter as to whether God knows what you will do. Question answered.

2) If we are good? We are not good by our very nature. We do not deserve anything, and when someone dear to us dies, it should remind us of where we stand as opposed to an almighty, perfect God.

3) Cain probably married a sister. Take another look at how long people lived in those days. Lots of procreation with close relatives could take place. This was only later taken away, and somehow only God's chosen people knew that.

4) Unknown.

5) He did heal an amputee. Put the ear back on the soldier, didn't he?

1) Free will?
I like to think of it as - God can see your heart condition. He can make sound decisions based on one's past and how one is feeling. He's not deciding for you and your "destiny" isn't already laid out. Just the fact that you have the ability to make decisions means that God isn't forcing you to do anything. Each person is responsible for their own decisions, therefor each has to answer for their decisions made. However, if God has prophesied about something, he will make sure it comes true, even if he has to intervene.
2) Death?
Everyone has some fear or aprehension of the unknown. I personally like the scripture in Psalms 37 where it says the wicked will be destroyed and the meek will inherit the earth. God's name means "He who causes to become" - and his will stands. His original purpose for the earth has not changed - he created Adam and Eve perfect, with the will and desire to live forever on earth. The whole point of the Bible is that someday God will bring it back. There's another scripture that says "He has put forever into their hearts". You know how no one wants to die? It's because originally we weren't meant to.
3) Children/daughters of Adam and Eve?
The Bible doesn't mention a lot of people. That doesn't mean they didn't exist. It's not a science textbook. If someone didn't have a significant story to tell, why bring them up. How we create children today is the same as back then - one man, one woman...you do the math.
4)Races?
Wasn't there something on the news about a black couple having a white child? Anyhow - since no one has ever seen Adam and Eve, considering how long ago they must have lived - my "theory" is this - one of them was dark and the other pale. Since they lived like 900 years, I'm sure they had plenty of children that eventually led off and when they formed their own "tribes" or whatever that would mean that the dominant gene of that group would become eventually obvious (in reference to skin color).
5)Amputee?
The Greek word translated “crippled” at Matthew 15:30 is rendered “maimed” at Mark 9:43, where it refers to an amputated hand; so it is not beyond possibility that some of the crippled Jesus healed were amputees. Even if he didn't, he did raise people from the dead, so I'm sure he could figure that one out.

1) You can't possibly- unless God is committed to letting you. Imagine it this way: God exists outside of time as we know it. He experiences everything that has, is, and will be all as a single instance. Because we exist within the framework of time, we can only remember the past, but God can also remember the future. Tricky huh?

2) Most "believers" do not really believe. That's the simple truth.

3) Cain married his sister, born after him.

4) What do you mean "other races". Do you suppose that Adam and Eve were Caucasian? Puhleeeeze.

5) Jesus healed _dead_ people. I think he could handle someone with a little limp.

6) Everything I have just said is a lie.

For your first question. "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be." You just did by asking this question.

Your second question: No you don't go to heaven because your good, Jesus said that there is no one good not even one, we are quick to spill blood. To go to heaven you most believe in Him and repent and accept Him as your Lord and Savior. Most believer are nor afraid of death because to be out of this body is to be in the presence of God.

Third question Adam and Eve had many sons and daughters. Cain married one of his sisters.

Fourth question: After the flood humans spread all over the world, changes in topography, climates and food cause humans to differ in skin color , texture and color of hair. When the continents drifted apart languages also change, we no longer speak the same language.

God or Jesus never healed an amputee because nobody brought to Him one, He healed a parse person. Is that close enough?

1) God gave us free will to do as we please so we can enjoy our lifestyle, and so that if we choose to accept that Jesus Christ died on the cross for us, we would go to heaven.
2) It's not just "if you are good". You have to accept Jesus as your father and savior and you have to trust him, and ask him to forgive you of your sins when you sin. Maybe most believers are afraid of death because they don't fully trust.
3)The Bible doesn't say who seth married probably because it wasn't as important as who Cain married. The story of Cain and Abel was a very important story also.
4)Reproduction over tens of thousands of years. The Lord turned Cains Skin dark after he betrayed Abel. Also, when the people of the earth tried to build the tower of Babel to try to be better than God, The Lord changed their languages and scattered them across the land, and that is how there are different races.
5)Jesus heald Lepers...Lepers were people that were losing their arms, legs, ears, faces...etc. He also healed people that couldn't walk, couldn't see, couldn't talk, and couldn't hear.
