help with framing a print please!?

I found a great print that I want to get my boyfriend for Christmas. It is 32.25 x 24.5, sort of an odd size. Art.com charges a lot to send it pre-framed.....how can I purchase a frame for this print for cheaper? Thanks!

find a frame that is slightly bigger and matting material the same size as the frame....place the print on the mat or cut a hole in the mat any shape slightly smaller than the print and place on top of the print before framing
