how do you hook up a telephone dial like this to a circuit?

if you have a scanner please draw out a design too (on how many wires are hooked on one side and the other)

and please explain where i hook up the wires on this thing

You will need a multimeter or a continuity tester determine which terminals actually do the cycle breaks. I am guessing that its done with the two outermost terminals since they do not appear to be connected to anything.
