I did cry most of the day yesterday. Is it the low serotonin levels in my brain causing it?

The answer has nothing to do with crying. I went through something like this and I'm allergic to alcohol so I can't drink at all. Being hungover or feeling like you are hungover has nothing to do with alcohol even though that is when it most often occurs. It has to deal with the amount of other liquid that your body has taken in. If you didn't drink plenty of water or water based liquids (soda does not count because that's what I drank the night before when I woke up with my hangover) then you will have a hangover do to lack of fluids.

You're probably coming down with something. The crying could just be another symptom that you are getting sick. Wait it out...take care of yourself. And see what happens. Low serotonin,
Well if its been a problem in the past...it could cause you to feel run down. But if its been not a problem in the past..I think you are probably getting sick.

When you are feeling like that, try some vigorous exercise for a minimum of 20 minutes and see if it helps.
