I am 12 years old and I am eating healthy doing situps everyday.(May 2 is my b-day).I am even looking at the Nutrition Facts before I eat.(Ingredients: High fructose corn surup can make it harder for you to lose weight.)

since you are so young you need to be very careful.. but looking at your nutrition is a start..I am going to say email me at mbcombs@netzero.net and I will help you get on the Cinch plan by Shaklee.. it is 100% nutritionally based.. keep in mind your body hasn't matured yet. so be patient with yourself.see ya soon

Pilates.(pronounced puh-lot-tees) Get the DVD's for beginners and work your way up to advance. You must stick with it! And keep eating healthier.
