Usually 7-10 days. But usually customers get it a bit quicker. Hope this helps, I have worked at a credit card company for 5 years!

call the company and see if it has been sent out. If you are not the primary cardholder they might not send it out until the primary card holder calls and asks for it. if you don't get it in a couple of weeks I would definitely call.
