If you can afford to pay for it in the UK as many people as required + all those who have been referred to the National Health Service for medical screening through their General Practitioner

Which for the benefit of Americans reading this is NOT free because UK citizens have paid compulsory National Health Insurance Contributions out of our wages all our working lives. However, if you were on holiday here and taken ill and admitted to an NHS hospital you would not first be asked for your health insurance documents before being treated!

I work in a medical field and have not "seen" a doctor or had a phisical in years.Can't afford to.Have no health insurance.Ironic isn't it.
