It is possible that you body will naturally grow more. However, you need to make sure you have all the "building blocks" for your bones and muscles.

Some of the most important nutrients are:
1. Calories, for enough energy,
2. Calcium, Vitamin D, and Magnesium for the growth of your bones; vitamin D is VERY NECESSARY for the bones to solidify and form correctly.
3. Phytochemicals, vitamins and minerals found in good food, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, cooked beans and peas and nuts.

Giving yourself the nutrients from food is the BEST way for you to get the ingredients to grow as tall and strong as your genetics and your exercise will allow.

You say you are 5' 9'' which is not a bad height. You are not going to grow much more solely with exercise and diet but what you can do
is, as suggested in a recent answer on ANSWERS, look into Human Growth Hormone treatment which is OK for someone not past 16 years and provided joint epiphyses are not closed. It can make you taller. You need to talk to a Endocrinologist to find out more.

You will continue to grow for several more years, however, your height is determined by genetics.

There's nothing you can take, or eat, to increase your height. The only exception I'm aware of, is in cases of a disorder where the body does not produce enough of its own growth hormone. In those rare cases, doctors can inject HGH to improve growth.

No one who wants to be taller, wants to hear that they can't do anything about it. But just give it a few more years. Males continue to grow longer than females. While we may reach our final height as early as the age of 13, males can continue to grow (sometimes) even into their early 20's. ☺

look at jordan. His height was 5'9 in high school in his sophomore year. They cut him because he wasnt tall enough. All of the sudden, over the summer he grew 4 solid inches. Most people stop growing after puberty, but mysteriously he kept growing and growing. It HAS to be a supplement right?

His dad was no taller than 5'9 (in which he was before)
He wanted to be tall very badly
And he had a mentor and a trainer who probably introduced him to some supplement or GH that made him taller.
