Well, first of all, it goes without saying that if this condition sticks around for a while, you should see a doctor. There are a lot of things that can cause abdominal pain. You didn't say how old you are, but growing pains (yes they do exist) would exhibit the symptoms you described. The muscles have to stretch to keep up with your growth. If you exercise a lot and then quit suddenly, this can cause abdominal pain as the muscles start to atrophy. Sometimes you can injure a rib without really knowing it. Not many things more painful than a separated rib. Hurts to fart. But anyway, like I said, if this has been a problem for more than a couple of weeks, I'd get it checked.

Have you ever had your appendix removed? If not you may want to perhaps go to the Emergency Room at a hospital because this could be the early symptoms of your appendix needing to be removed. One way you can tell if it is that is if it hurts real bad to jump up and down, that is something and EMT told me when I had similar symptoms.
If you have had your appendix removed in the past this could just be real bad gas. If I were you and I had my appendix removed and it lasted for more than one day I would go to the hospital because it could also be something like kidney stones, those are know to cause pain and need to get out of your system as soon as possible also.

Hmm careful that its not appendicitis? Even if its not at the far stages it could be the start of it especially if its in the lower parts of the abdomen to your left. If you feel nauseous and it gets progressively worse thats what it could be.

if it is on the left side of your stomach it is prob. "stool" back-up! Which you need to see a doctor for fast relief, or you can go to CVS and get stool softner wich will also help, but take alittle longer. IF it is thye lower right side then it could be apendix, and if it gets any worse you need to see a doctor quick!!!

You may have appendicitis, or if ur sexually active, you may be pregnant. It could also be a cyst, or an infection. Go see your doctor ASAP.
