i wanna put a video on u tube but i think i need 2 make the video smaller(so it isnt as good quality or summut))) Please help!!

open movie maker program import your movie then in time line select your file size on minute save it .

When you click the "Save the Movie" in MM, you are offered a list of sizes, format, and qualities. Usually the "Web" option will give you the smallest file size. You can go under the "more options" and set the kpbs (the lower the rate, the smaller the file), etc. to get the file the size you need.
