Chocolate-Peanutbutter-Marshmallow Thing
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 package chocolate chips (about 350g?)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bag miniature multicolored marshmallows.
Melt everything together in large pot on low heat - stir constantly to keep chocolate from burning.
When everything is melted and smooth, remove from the heat and stir in the mini marshmallows.
Pour into an 8" or 9" square pan.
Refrigerate until competely set, then slice into small squares.
Really really easy and fast, and looks pretty when cut up!
