i know that you can get pregnant at any time but third week after ur periodis it safer or dangerous. In a mount I belive there must be a safer peroid, pls i need to know.

There is no such thing as a safe time especially in the third week.That is the most dangerous time.

You can really get pregnant anytime. There have been studies done on if any week is better than another, but each woman is different. There is a set time you can not get pregant, but it varies from person to person. I think it is a 4 day window near the end, but you don't know when that is without blood work.
Go on birth control, if you can, most states have a free program, but use a condom for sure.
