Take a pre-natal vitamin, motrin. Take a 15 minute power nap and drink a Mr. Pibb. Your body needs to rest!! Also drink lots and lots of water, you are dehydrated, too.

If you are into working out, go do some light running, it will make you muscles heat up and keep you awake. Also eat some fruit, it has some sugars in it that will give you energy and it wont leave you feeling more tierd than before like coffee will. Good Luck!

Try taking vit C and a vitamin B complex and have lots of water. I sometimes put a sachet of powder that you use when you have have a tummy upset/diahorrea as it will replace all the salts etc that you have lost, and a 20 min powernap, should sort you out a treat! Good Luck!

I work teh graveyard shift and I also have a 2 year-old at home so I go a couple of days sometimes without sleep. I use No-doz. 2 of them and a diet Redbull and I am ready to go for several hours.

coffee does not help in keeping u awake...it givesu all the energy in one blow and itl all be gone aftr a while...
i have a cafe,,and here i made a special drink that keeps me up all night....
take a scoop of cocoa.., add water, make it less sugar...and mix it with a bit of coffe...just a bit...blend it if u want with ice and u have an iceblended..enough to keep u awake.. the cocoa takes the fat and converts into energy , and it tastes fantastic too, while the coffee gives you that energy burst u needed.....

just relax and go to bed. or if your finding a way to stay up all nght i say enery drinks or they have Jet alert witch is a no sleep aid. It works they usally have it at a walmart
