There is no proof for the theory that alcohol prevents intellluctual development.Small doses stimulate.Heavy doses make addict and it affects capacity to think.

Since when drunk from alcohol that person has poisoned there body, It is proofed that to much alcohol over a period of time will hurt the development of that person in more was then intellectual...also there unborn children, even dads!
I can look into someones eyes and can "see" if the person is drunk. The eyes are a dead give away!! It is amazing the people who poison there bodies!! I am right a lot of the time too!!
