I WROTE SOME NOTE IN THE NOTEPAD AND NOW I WOULD LIKE TO EMAIL THEM TO SOMEONE. HOW CAN I DO THIS.

you have to retype it, take off caps lock first though

Open Notepad
Highlight what you want to e-mail
Do a copy (Edit / Copy or Crtl+c)
Open your e-mail program
Click to create a new e-mail
Put your cursor in the text section of the e-mail
Do a paste (Edit / Paste ir Crtl+P)
Your Notepad text is now in the e-mail
Send the e-mail like normal

Write them an email like you normally would, then just copy and paste the contents of the notepad file.

In Notepad, click Edit, then Select all, then Click Edit again, then click Copy.
Then go open a new email message, right click in the area where you type your email, then click PASTE!

viola!
