i want to copy my friends new game on his computer but i want it to copy using hard drive-to-hard drive.. he lose his installer so i have no choice but to copy that on hard drive to hard drive.. how can i do that?
please help me.. thanks in advanced..

There are 2 ways that I can think of with this, these are using either HDD clone or a 'ghost(ing)' program, [which would do the same thing].
I have had to copy my friends HDD that he was using for a console before.... and 'HDD clone' worked out the easiest for me.

(but you know that if you do this, you will lose all the information on YOUR HDD), so I would partition your HDD then do it.... if you have enough space.
so to make a partition, you would have to use partition magic and use the 'un-used space on your HDD'

Besides being illegal, it is impossible. When most games install the add files not only in the game's directory, but under the "windows\system32" and other directories on the computer. Often these files are hidden so they can not find or copy them. They also write information to several (sometimes a couple hundred) places in the registry. Again, there is not way to find and copy all these settings. This is done to keep people from being able to illegal copy the software.
Sorry, but to install the software, you will need the original install disc, key code, etc. You can not copy (most) programs from hard drive to hard drive and have them work. They are delibernately designed to prevent that kind of theft.

first, if you have a thumb drive(the size memory higher than the size of the game)then u go to where did he save the game and you highlight the game and copy it then paste in your thumb drive.
don't forgot to copy also the shortcut and paste it in your thumb drive
than you go to your computer paste it and open with the shortcut.
don't forget to ( u right click the shortcut and go to properties you open it with the copy game file) it
