i'll write some stuff and let you figure it out

Whether your running or not, being out in cold temperature makes your body work to keep it warm..and it needs energy to do so. Since the body is using energy to keeps its core temperature warm, there is not as much energy for running.

Even though it's cold outside..your body does the same things as if it were warm. (sweat and dehydration). Running in cold weather actually dehydrates you faster. And even though dressing in bundles and layers seems to be a good idea, it can lead to hypothermia by overheating. Sweat gets into the fabric and can get very cold. So don't overdress

Hi there!

It is probably better to jog in warm weather, but I don't think jogging in cooler weather is necessarily bad. It will probably be tougher on your joints, although you may burn a few extra calories keeping warm. If you are dressed for it and don't have joint problems, I would say go ahead. Also watch out for ice and such.

last night I did that because i was out in a parade. it really warmed me up and it was really easy to run because my legs were numb and i couldnt feel anything. the only thing that may bother you is trouble breathing because that sharp air will hurt your throat when you breathe. but other than that, it was really good.
