Yes - especially if you owe money to them. They look up your neighbours number on yell.com ans similar sites. They only call the ones listed in the phone book. Debt collectors do it all the time and bailiffs have been known to do it. Credit firms dont do it if you're applying for credit coz they work from credit reference agancies, electoral roles etc. xx

Are you past due and have a bad addres with them? If yes, they will skip trace you and find you using whatever means they can including calling your neighbors and any phone number you used when you called in to check your balance etc.

This is called skip tracing. They will do what they need to do to find you. As long as they have your phone number and address, it's not hard.
