That changes things a bit.... All you need to do is contact the gambling sites and tell them you wish to be blocked from using their site. They will delete your account and prevent you from opening a new account for at least 6 months (or they'll do their best). They are usually pretty good about doing this.

If you can't stop gambling - why not just do it for play money? I find it's no less entertaining, and you're not risking anything. That's one of the nice things about online gambling sites - you can gamble for free!
