Get a friend to start up a conversation with him - ask him with help with something - guys always like it when they feel they can be useful!

Start up a conversation with him (i recommend thinking up some interesting questions beforehand, so you don't end up not knowing what to say), and don't be afraid to disagree about things when you talk (but do so in a respectful way). DON'T try to get him to like you. The moment you start doing that, you become a 'convincer' and it will turn him off for sure. Just have FUN! Guys fall for girls who are interesting and fun.

Run through your school .. NAKED! That'll surely catch his attention haha. Anyways, on a more serious note .. try using the friend method. Or ask someone for his msn and start a conversation there. OR when you see him, just say a simple hello or hey. Start slow, this kind of stuff takes time ;)
