I keep hearing this as a reason for belief, that God/Jesus healed them. Though whenever I ask them to explain how they were healed they don't give an answer.
Please, give examples of how you were truly healed by God/Jesus. And please, no "I went in for major surgery and God guided the surgeon's hand!" examples. Thanks

Beta Fishy: If you're not going to answer the question based on it being personal then I'm not going to hold that against you, you didn't even need to tell me that...

I was severely burned by scalding water from a coffee pot that I tipped over on myself when I was four years old. The water burned be over 60% of my body to the second and third degree, fusing the polyester to my flesh in some places. (It was the early 70's, what can I say?). Yet after all the therapy and surgery I went through, today I have exactly ZERO scars anywhere on my neck, face, chest and etc. To God be the glory!

Healing comes from within. Your thoughts are quite powerful.
The truth is that when you let go of trying to control your circumstance, you enable your self to think more clearly and when a good outcome occurs you then begin to feel that you didn't heal all on your own. You can comfortably attribute much of your healing to your faith, your belief in God.

well first if you want proof then ask people for their testimony .. they would be able to give you a list of things that jesus has done for them ..also do your own research .. the bible explains everything that you need know to about what it takes for god to heal you ... but for an example my grandmother who had fibroids was healed of them without surgery ..and doesnt go through the pains and ails of them ...she says she did this with faith, prayer and hands-on deliverance ... Work it out !

Seeking for signs, eh?
Perhaps people don't give an answer because their personal experiences are just that: personal and sacred to them. Maybe they just don't want someone dragging their cherished beliefs and experiences through the mud?
I've seen plenty of explicit examples of God healing me and others. But I have no desire to share them here. I am quite confident in my beliefs and experiences and have no need of your validation of them.

Here's one, somebody close to me betrayed me by cheating and I told this person that I forgave them, but anytime he pissed me off I always had that betrayal card to play, so I really hadn't forgave them and for 10 years that just ate at me, until one day I finally broke down and asked Jesus to take that problem away from me. It was like 1000lbs had been lifted off of me. They say lay your problems at Jesus's feet and that's what I did and He took it from me. You may not believe, but I know the POWER of Jesus Christ!
