It is Marshmallows in a semi-liqid state. You don't have it to make fudge you can substitute 1 /2 C in stead of the cream.

3/4 cup evaporated milk, undiluted
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine evaporated milk with sugar and salt. Bring to a boil; simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in nuts, marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows have melted. Pour mixture into a buttered 9-inch square pan.

Makes about 2LB.

It's this little jar filled with whipped-like marshmallow.

Want an easier recipe? lol.

Melt 18 ozs (1 1/2 bags) of chocolate chips in the microwave. Add one small can of condensed milk and a splash of vanilla extract. Mix it up and then put it in a wax-paper lined dish, refridgerate a couple hours. So easy and tastes the same!!
