Eliminate all sugars from your diet. Also carbohydrates (they convert to sugar in your body). Carbs (starches) are breads, potatoes, pasta, rice.

Try this for a week and see if it improves your condition.

As a child my son was very hyper and had a serious attention problem. Once I put him on a high protein, low carb diet, he improved considerably.

I just remembered at thirteen I took him to the family Chiropractor to see if it would help and boy did it ever. His personality settled back to normal instantly.

A monthly adjustment with a Chiropractor will only make you feel better. I know I am cranky when my body is not in good alignment.

Good Luck.

Calm down-- listen to soft music when you get hyperactive. I kind of have it too, and I just deal with it on my own. Other people also calm me down. Exercise helps!
