Yes it is OK to use in dog kennels, follow the dilution instructions carefully and make certain the area is completely dry before allowing your dogs back in, keep them out of the way while you are cleaning.
EDIT.
I am copying this off a tin of JEYES FLUID

No, Jeyes fluid is poisonous to cats and perhaps to other animals. Clean up by using biological washing powder in a mild, warm solution.

Don't forget that anything you use outside is likely to end up in the river.

its OK for some animals and its not OK for some others make sure by reading the tin to check but when i had a rabbit Bianca my dad use to use it to clean her cage after she had been in season, so it is for some things to do with animals as well so it depends on what you are using it for,

you can use it to wash down animal spaces but you must dilute it .we used to clean our ferret cages out with it.make sure you let the area dry before letting your dogs back in because if they get it on their feet they will make themselves ill when they wash themselves.hope this helps.

My Pa uses it for our two dogs, he swears by it! The two dogs are alive and kicking and years old so it appears to be okay!

No - its not supposed to be used for animals - it can be dangerous for them if they run through it even in diluted form. Use a strong ordinary pine disenfectant for them xx
