Using a gym is useful in converting the weight you gain by increasing your caloric intake to muscle and muscle mass which weigh more that fat. And simply eating more food can make any one fat.

At the gym you want to concentrate on building up to heavier weights and fewer reps rather than lower weights and a high number of reps. Low weights and more reps is good for developing lean muscle tone which you can elect to do after you achieve you weight goal.

Good luck

Of course gym is necessary. It is a must, in fact.

Whether you are a man or a woman every one needs to do weightlifting. Don't ever think that by doing exercise alone (and not eating right) you willl get better looks - such as either lose or gain weight.

Both eating right + exercising is as important in life as breathing.

Don't worry too much about gaining weight. Concentrate on fitness, endurance and better cardio health.

Some people have a body constitution that whatever they may do or try they will never gain weight. This does not mean they are healthy. You can be slim and still have heart disease, various other ailments and diabetes.

For better health, exercise is necessary.

Gym is necessary. To keep fit is ALways beneficial to your health. Also, if you do muscle building exercises you'll gain weight in the right places and look wonderful. Eat lots of proteins in the form of tofu, fish and chicken, lots of fruit and veggies, and take in enough carbs in the form of rice and pasta or noodles. Nuts are a wonderful source of healthy fatty acids, so go for them. Even if you want to gain weight, go easy on junk food like pizza and hamburgers. Lucky you!! The rest of us are always on a diet!

if you want to gain weight in a healthy way, lift weights to strengthen muscle (muscle weighs more than fat!) and increase your calories.....
