My girl friend and I broke up. She told me that she needs space and time to grow up, do feel independent. Been going out for 2 years. She told me that deep down inside she knows that we will end up together. she not taking of our pictures from her wall or even her wallet. How long should i give her? Should i still keep alittle contact with her? Should i wait until she makes the first move? I know she loves me. I dont want to move on to a different girl, should i just wait for her? I beleive that space apart will bring us stronger together, cause u dont realize what u had until its gone.

You're gonna have to give her the "space" she requests. Believe me on this one. Don't call her, don't try and spend time with her. That's not to say if she wants to hang out or talk with you that you should be rude, then you should keep it brief. It'll be hard, but to do otherwise will really push her away. You might also have to consider she may be breaking it off with you without ripping off the band-aid. Maybe not, but some people do this. It's easier for them to string you along so they don't feel guilty. She may NOT be doing this at all, but some do. In the meantime, she asked for space, give her what she wants even if it feels like it's going to kill you, it won't!

Hard to say really, some girls just really do need space..usually when they feel they are being smothered. Some use it as an gentle excuse to get out of the relationship. Some do it to get more attention from you. Its a evil wicked game that immature girls play. Until they grow up, they don't know how to work out their problems without breaking up. I would say give her about a month, that gives you time to enjoy your freedom and not end up in a rebound relationship. You don't want to be with another girl if you still love this one. Let her come to you, give her the space she asked for.

wait for her, didnt get involved w/ another girl. when you have a relationship at a younger age, some start to feel trapped. they cant grow because they are not single. they cant go out and hang out and party and do things CuZ they have you to think about. yo should still be able to hang out as friends but keep it to that. don't be jealous or get upset about anything she does. she wants to become her own person and you have to let her. just give it time. time heals everything

Yes i think u should wait until she makes the 1st move because she was the 1 who said that you all needs space and its her mistake because like u said she still love you and she no she does and she needs to stop acting like she dont want you and she knows she reallly do!

She need time for herself to take it personal.I seriously think you should keep a little contact with her, if she's ok with it.If you love her try to understand and just wait.It may be hard but you can do it.

I don't think that you should wait, necessarily. Keep your options open, sounds like she is going to do the same.
