I just feel that I am getting old and need to sort my life out. I am 28 and am ready to settle down and get married and have kids.
Everything else in my life is sorted apart from having someone that I love to spend it with.
How many of you are ready to commit to somone.....

Been there, done it and got out all before 30. I thought it was time to settle down but I'm thinking I may try again when I'm 40.

Hey...

It's not unusual to feel that.

I'm 24 and i feel i'm ready to settle now. I've more or less been settled for the last 3years with my partner (but we don't live together and are not married).. until he's gone all weird on me for past couple of months....

I do understand where you're coming from.. but i feel it's more to do with your frame of mind rather than your age.. some people in their 20s are ready to settle and some on their 30s still feel they are too young for marriage and all.... so i guess it depends on your frame of mind and outlook towards different aspects and of lifein general...

I hope you find your special someone and be very happy!

I'm not quite ready yet, but I feel that I should at least know the person I'm gonna spend the rest of my life with by now!

I don't want to get married ever, but I would be happy to be with a partner for the rest of my life now. I don't want kids for a couple more years yet though.

i've been thinking about it for a long time and i'm almost 20. i'm not yet ready because i'm not yet completely sorted out and just like you, i have no special someone yet. but i would certainly love to get married and settle down before i'm 30. the earlier you start, the better and the more fun.

I'm only 24, but yeah, I am starting to think about settling down one day - not right now, but possibly by the time I'm 30. Just need someone significant in my life first, but I'm in no rush at the moment.

Sometimes I do I feel as though life is passing me by and I am going to end up alone

But then I remember I am only 24 and you are a long time dead

What is meant to be is meant to be and nothing can change that just live your life enjoy what you have and it will happen if that's what is meant to happen

I'm only 17 but i've always said to myself that i'd be married with kids and a good job by 30 - i guess it's jut one of those milestones in your life - it'a kinda stupid though - i mean, how much of a different person are you when you're 29 to when you're 30!
