Actually after thinking about my other question about this one I came to the conclusion that is rather sacreligious to say "How could God love me" since He can do anything. It's out own weakness to persists in our minds in which questions like this form. Interesting eh?

If God exists he is at best an absentee landlord,completely unconcerned with the fate of his creation. Or he is a sadist,enjoying the suffering of his creation. How such a creature could believe itself worthy of love from anyone is the real question.

Salaam Muslimah, you are correct.If you are doing what you should to honor God and follow his word then you are embracing the relationship he has already extended to you. God loves all before we are born, it is up to us as individuals to return that love and accept the blessings he has for us.

As an atheist you know that my answer must be 'n/a', however if I were to replace 'God' with 'humankind' in your statement, then I would agree and consider it a very worthy distinction.

their is nothing i can do to repay my Father God for all he has done for me, oh i love Him with all my heart soul and mind but that doesn't even compare to the Love he has for us its beyond belief yes i agree with your question very much
