this no doubt sounds like a second degree burn and you need to seek medical attention within 24 hours. you will need a special cream called silvadene that is only prescribed by a dr for severe burns.
do NOT pop the blisters (the liquid inside is sterile and if you pop them-you risk getting them infected).
b/c this is a chemical burn (the water more than likey had reminents of radiator fluid in it that was leftover in the radiator), you need to be very careful to keep it clean and away from things like lotions, oils, perfumes, etc that can irritate it or allow it to become infected.
cover it lightly with gauze wrap after washing the area-don't apply anything to it (this includes things like neosporin) until you are seen by the dr.
if the blisters pop or open on their own-wash them well then apply the neosporin (since they are now open-you'll need to protect them from getting infected) then wrap with gauze wrap.
you can take ibuprofen for the pain and swelling. take 200-400mg every 6 hours as needed but no more than 1200mg in 24 hours.
just wash the burn area with mild soap (dove or ivory) and cool water.

no do not poke blisters wash them gentle with cool water and soap cover with medical loose gauze keep them covered but be sure air can get on them air is important.
the correct gauze will allow for the air to flow.
the fluid in the blister will in time be absorbed back into the body and then there is far less chance of infection or scare

No you should not. You risk infection when you pop a blister. The blister is in a steril condition so just keep it clean untill your body heals it.

No leave those blisters be. You can get an infection if you break them. Keep them clean and protected by a bandage if they bother you.
If you really feel the need to poke them, do the same, keep them clean, apply antibacterial ointment, and keep the areas protected.

absolutely not!!! That blister is keeping the area clean and promoting healing. You pop it, it will most likely get infected. Leave well enough alone.

No, those blisters contain fluid that is helping the burns to heal. If you pop them, it will take longer for the skin to heal and it will hurt more.

NO, NO, NO. Do not unroof any blisters that have formed. This could lead to infection. Let them go away by themselves. If they are bothering you, place a sterile piece of gauze or bandaid over them but please do not "poke" them.
