Does anyone know what I need to buy if I want monosodium glutomate flavour enhancement. I am in the UK.

Monosodium glutimate isnt always used as a flavour enhancer, but more oftern used as a bonder, something to compose texture. You'd be better of using herbs to flavour, or if you want to sweeten something, Aspartame.
alternatively, you could grind up the sauces you find in pot noodle, supanoodle, etc. Their filled with MSG..

Do you have a Local Chinese Grocery Store or warehouse near you!?
They would carry it!
