Bundle up and go!

I have lived in Virginia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wyoming. There many days when the temperature was 10 degrees or less and just keeping up the routine of going to the gym on my scheduled days kept me going.

I admit that when the wind chill drove the temp to minus 30 in Wyoming I might have take an extra "recovery" day but never 2 in a row.

You know that you always feel better after your workout and feel bad when you miss one. So keep the positive attitude and think warm.

Good luck.

All I can say is that after my morning workouts in winter, I feel warmer all day :)
The exercise raises your metabolism, which raises your body temp.

Oh, it definitely is tough. I don't work out as much as I would if it were nice out, but even if you are getting some exercise, it's better than nothing.
