my six month old boy went for blood test today. his result was that his white blood cells are higher and his red blood cells are very low. does anyone know what can i do to incease his blood cells to normal?

You should talk to the doctor, or get a 2nd opinion. Usually, if RBCs are low, it is a sign of anemia. If WBCs are high, it is a sign of some sort of infection.
A doctor should have gone over the results with you. If one didn't, you need to go see a different doctor who will explain things to you.

there is nothing you can do ,maybe he needs an antibiotic from your doctor but it is nothing that can be solved on here
