SEz, yes there are romantic guys out there but they wont be the ones who will romance u right away. True romantic guys are sensitive and caring and they will want to get to know u as a person first before opening their heart to u. The players are the ones who come right up to you and tell you everything you want to hear and then screw u over and leave. the guy that will want to be your friend first is teh true romantic guy. Look for that in a guy

i think there are actually a lot of romantic guys out there. i have a lot of guy friends. and from what i can tell they would be romantic if they found a girl worth being romantic for. and just like girls, people have hurt them too so they tend to stop doing certain things.

I was lucky enough to snag a romantic. I wondered if it would last but we've been together for 2 years now and he still writes poetry and sings to me. I do alot for him to so it keeps him motivated. So, to answer your question yes there are romantic guys out there and some do it only to get the girls and some keep it up.
Men are like dogs though, if you don't reward them with a treat, they will stop doing the tricks. hehe.

I used to think that it is just a courting phase thing but my husband is truly romantic I believe. The window ledges in my house are full from the plants he picks up for me from the grocery store. He likes to take me on surprise dinners and trips. He is planning a birthday present for me for a few weeks now. Can't wait to find out what it is.
It's not like he always succeeds in all his attempts, e.g. the surprise trip he took me on, I didn't like. But it's the though that counts. I love him for all his attempts.
The key is praising such behaviors of theirs to others in front of them, without putting the spot light on them. That will keep them going. I usually get on the phone and tell my mom about it when he is around. :)

Yes there is but you have to put yourself in an environment that will attract that kind of guy, litterally you can find whatever type of guy you want, you just have to know wheare to look, you know how birds of a feather flock together, well the same applies to you if you act like you someone similar to you will be attracted to that, dont EVER CHANGE YOURSELF FOR A GUY!!
