well, i dont smoke so that is out, usually i have sex in the morning or noon before the kids get home so i dont sleep after, but yes a certain lethargy is to be expected after the deed, usually i shower off quick and get dressed and do whatever

Well, cuddling afterwards and talking for at least a few minutes...followed by a shower and then a little more cuddling before sleep. The object is to allow my lady to be fully satisfied before I am so that we can both fall asleep with a smile on our face!

Most common for me is firstly Shover before the deed or two
then shover again befor going out or going sleep
never make love without first taking a bath or a sower
never get tired after sex ,,

Probably 7 times out of ten I'm asleep before I can even roll over. Not sure why, but I read an article once that explained that there are biological reasons for that with some men. Maybe WEBMD could help if you're concerned.

i dont tend to get to tired and after within 30 mins im ready to go again however my mates say im a freak lol they do get tired and i asked them a similar question they say within minutes sometimes they fall asleep and as for the shower it depends on the time situation and place if it was midday id get a shower not to long after i dont like the (dirty) feeling you have afterwards lol.

that really depends on what time it is
if it's in the morning usually I'll just get up and do other stuff, if it's 6 a.m. after a night of clubbing I'll pretty much fall asleep instantly
