I think it is a islamic/biblical word which means that one's partner(female) has been created from the other partners(male) rib?

Do you mean "kismet"? It refers to fate. "Kismet, Hardy" was the last words of Admiral Nelson - often humourously misquoted as "Kiss me, Hardy".

it's not kismaat...

it's kismet and it is used in Urdu official language of Pakistan which means destiny.
